St Ita's Guesthouse is......
known for a warm welcome.  This spacious former convent was built in 1912, is full of character and has an historic listing.
Located in a tranquil setting, the Guesthouse is sited on over an acre of land on the Westen fringe of Rakaia township opposite the domain.

St Ita's generous meals are based on local produce; fresh vegetables and fruit from our own gardens, lamb, beef, venison, or salmon.  Tea or espresso coffee are complimentary to wash down home baking.  Cooked or continental breakfasts are served.

Relaxation is the key at St Ita's.  Your friendly hosts will provide quality meals and an environment of character and comfort.

Spacious suites have modern amenities with ample heating, important during our winter months.
